The stylish apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, providing additional space for guests.
For guests arriving by car, free parking is available directly in front of the building. This makes loading and unloading particularly quick and convenient.
The living room is a cozy retreat, furnished with a comfortable couch and a beanbag chair, both ideal for relaxing and lingering. A modern smart TV with satellite connection offers a variety of entertainment options.
The smart TV is already equipped with major streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other services. Easy access allows you to enjoy your favorite series and movies with your own subscription and immerse yourself in the world of streaming after a busy day.
The apartment's bedroom features a comfortable double bed, guaranteeing restful nights. We provide the appropriate bed linen free of charge.
A large wardrobe offers ample storage space for your clothes and personal belongings, so you'll feel right at home during your stay.
The apartment is also well-equipped for families with small children. Upon request, we are happy to provide a travel cot (including bed linen) and a high chair. Children's crockery, electrical outlet protectors, and a night light are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It features an oven with a ceramic hob, and the spacious refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment ensures your food always stays fresh. You'll have more time to relax while the dishwasher takes care of the dishes.

So you can start your morning with a freshly brewed coffee, we've equipped the kitchen with a coffee machine (Tchibo Cafissimo). A toaster, a small tea station with various teas, and an electric kettle are also available.

The bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, allowing you to start your day comfortably and pleasantly. A large window provides plenty of natural light and good ventilation.
A hairdryer, a hand mirror, and plenty of towels are also provided. Shower gel and shampoo are also included.

The porch swing completes the offering and provides additional relaxation. Let yourself be gently rocked in the swing as you wind down at the end of the day. A lockable basement storage room provides additional convenience. This allows you to safely store any equipment you have brought with you, such as bicycles, so you are always ready to explore the surrounding area.
